Class includes knife skills, and classic French cooking techniques, including how to make the best béchamel sauce, tips for cooking green vegetables, and secrets to roasting potatoes. You’ll learn how to build your own French Crêpes (sweet pastry) filled with berries, creme, and chocolate.
