Menu options and pricing for Chef Holly’s cooking classes are listed below. All classes include up to four hours of hands on menu preparation and time for a shared meal.

Private cooking classes require a minimum of 5 guests. Siren Song wine pairings included in each class.

Cooking Classes Include

  • Multi-course, hands on menu preparation followed by a shared meal.

  • Cooking classes take place at Holly’s Vineyard Kitchen located at the Siren Song Vineyard Estate and Winery in Chelan, WA

  • You'll learn menu planning, recipe execution, knife skills, plating tips and food preparation techniques.


Cooking Class Menu Options

Elevating Flavors & Herbs de Provence Cooking

$225 per person

Learn to make the popular French herb mix, Herbs de Provence from scratch. Then use it to elevate the flavor and aromatics of a variety of menu items.

Classic French Bistro Cooking

$275 per person

This delicious French Bistro style menu features Chicken Dijon in fragrant mustard créme sauce, Gougères, French Crêpes, and more.

Brunch

$250 per person

Brunch is best with Stuffed Eggs Au Gratin and Roasted Potato Coins, featuring scratch Béchamel Sauce, French Crêpes, and more.

Farm to Table (Menu changes seasonally)

$265 per person

This class features Stuffed and Fried Squash Blossoms, Ratatouille Napoleon featuring stacked and roasted fresh veggies, Fig and Fruit Compote, and more.

Making Pasta From Scratch

$275 per person

Fresh pasta makes everything better. This class features a classic Italian menu beginning with traditional techniques for hand made Pappardelle pasta.

Traditional Spanish Cuisine

$285 per person

We'll take you for an afternoon in Madrid, while we prepare authentic Spanish Paella Mixta along with the traditional tapa, Tortilla Española, and Panna Cotta with Cabernet Caramel Sauce.

COOKIES AND CONFECTIONS COOKING CLASS

$250 per person

Eat dessert first with this yummy cookies and confections class featuring a variety of French Macaron cookies, Chocolate Cherry Cordials and Balsamic Glazed Pecans.

Holiday Entertaining for the Home Cook (Seasonal availability)

$275 per person

This holiday entertaining inspired class features our most popular appetizers and Hors d'oeuvres, including: Gougères (French Cheese Puffs), Stuffed Squash Blossoms, Mussels, and more.  

Harvest Menu (seasonal availability)

$275 per person

If you love to cook with the seasons this class features Chanterelle Mushroom Stuffed Pork Tenderloin, Apple Fennel Salad, Cranberry Chutney, and Poached Pears.
