Learn to make the popular French herb mix, Herbs de Provence from scratch. Then use it to elevate the flavor and aromatics of a variety of menu items. Class includes: knife skills, how to elevate flavors, key finishing ingredients, learning about lavender and other aromatics. Menu items that put techniques into practice include: classic bistro style delectables such as Caprese on Crostini, Fig and Fruit compote, and lessons in Olive Oil.
