Class includes: knife skills, kitchen essentials, how to elevate flavors, key finishing ingredients and working with the right equipment. Menu items that put techniques into practice include classic French Bistro Entrees and Desserts such as Gougères, (French choux pastry), pan seared Chicken Dijon, finished in fragrant mustard créme sauce,), and French Crêpes (sweet pastry).
