This menu features the seasonal ingredients that personify Fall Harvest. It’s the perfect menu for Fall or Winter entertaining. You’ll prepare an Apple, Fennel & Pomegranate Salad, and learn to make scratch Cranberry Chutney. Your main course features Chanterelle Mushroom Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Wrapped in Bacon, tips for Roasted Potatoes, and for dessert Poached Pears in Siren Song Red Wine.
